What is Talkety?

Without a headset, software download or installation, Talkety connects two phones, whether it’s a national cable network or a mobile. There is no need for both parties to be online. With Talkety, you can phone the same way you do with a regular phone – but for a much better price – and with many more possibilities.

Do I need specific software for Talkety?

Not at all. You simply type the phone numbers in the blank fields.

Do I need a new telephone?

No. Talkety allows you to use any available telephone, no matter if it’s a cable network or a mobile. You don’t need any special devices.

Can I use my mobile phone with Talkety?

Certainly. Just type your mobile number in the blank field.

Can I call someone with Talkety on his/her mobile phone?

Yes, you can. Type in his/her mobile number. That’s all.

Is it necessary to be online for using Talkety?

No. Talkety works independently. There is no need for both participants to be online.

Can I call abroad, too?

Sure. You can call all over the world.

Am I in any way obligated to monthly fees or a minimum call volume?

No way. You fund your account as you need it. It’s up to you. However, you can upgrade to our Pro Account with many more features, which has a minimum call volume.

How do I pay with Talkety?

You simply transfer credit to your Talkety account, and then instantly it is ready for use. When your credits are used up, just add more credit to your account and start calling. If you want to pay by invoice, just upgrade to our Pro Account!

Why is my phone number or the one I want to call not accepted?

Perhaps you tried to call a number that is for some reason blocked or you triggered an error. Please contact our support team and provide the number you tried to dial!

Do I have to register?

Yes. As soon as you have registered, you are able to make calls.

How can I keep track of my expenses?

You can review your complete payment history at any time by simply going to the menu and clicking on “Payments”.

I like Talkety and want access to the additional features of a Pro Account. How do I upgrade?

Just log in and click on the Account button. You will then find a tab called “Pro Account”. Just follow the instructions supplied there.
